The Pullen Pullen Catchments Group has established five groups to carry out our objectives in the catchment:

Bushcare Groups- Pullen Pullen Catchments Group, in collaboration with Brisbane City Council has established four local Bushcare groups to assist with the care of Council controlled public land in the catchment.

Communications, Education and Data- In keeping with Pullen Pullen Creek Catchments Group's objective to facilitate educational, cultural and environmental awareness in the community, a communications, education and data group has been established.

Wildlife- Irene has been an active wildlife foster carer and rescuer of wildlife for many years. She has also held volunteer positions ranging from foster carer representative and Education Officer with a small wildlife rescue service in Sydney.

Waterwatch Group- Pullen Pullen Catchments Group has recently become involved in Waterwatch. This program encourages collaboration between governments, universities and industries to assist communities to assess catchment health via the quality of the water in the main creeks of the catchment to and address problems if necessary.

Nursery- The nursery project was established by Pullen Pullen Catchments Group as a way to provide native plant species to local landholders prepared to re-vegetate large areas of previously cleared and/or degraded land especially along creek corridors.
